CHARLOTTE, N.C.- The Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers are back in the Top 10 of the NJCAA National Rankings this week after dominating in a three game sweep over Daytona State over the weekend.
The Bucs put on a show at home at Buccaneers Park this weekend, sweeping Daytona State in dominating fashion to move to 28-9 on the year. They outscored the Falcons 39-5 in the three games with all three ending in run rules for the Bucs.
It was a new look top five with LSU-Eunice taking over the top spot followed by Blinn and Cowley with Weatherford and Shelton State rounding it out. Indian River was the top ranked Florida squad at #6 with Gulf Coast State checking in at #9, the Bucs at #10, Northwest Florida at #11, and Central Florida at #19.
FSW is back home on Thursday for a date with Santa Fe at 3 PM at Buccaneers Park to kick off a three game Citrus Conference series between the two.
