CHARLOTTE, N.C.- The Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers are back into the Top 5 of the NJCAA National Rankings this week, checking in at #5 with a 23-7 record on the year.
The Bucs picked up a three game series win over Seminole State on the weekend and added a victory over TNXL Academy on Tuesday to move to 23-7 on the year. On their 2025 resume the Bucs have four wins over Top 25 ranked opponents as well as three other wins against Division II ranked foes.
There was a shuffle at the top of the week four rankings with LSU-Eunice moving up two spots to #2 and Blinn and FSW both gaining ground to #4 and #5. Weatherford remained the top ranked team this week with Northwest Florida remaining at #3.
FSW begins another key Citrus Conference series on the road Thursday when they travel to Eastern Florida before returning home for two with the Titans Saturday beginning at noon at Buccaneers Park in Fort Myers.
