Freshman (2022): Gallant played his freshman season at Northwest Florida State College where he pitched in 8 games for the Raiders posting a 9.00 ERA in 6 innings of work. 

High School: Gallant prepped at Cardinal Newman High School.  

Personal: Born May 31, 2002, he is the son of Reggie and Carmalita Gallant.  He has two older brothers, Reggie Jr. (29) and Josh (27). He comes from an athletic family as his cousin Roy Kirksey played in the NFL for the New York Jets, another cousin, Isaiah Lewis played Football at Appalachian State University, and his cousin Kelsey Heyward ran track at Louisville University.
