Redshirt (2021): Rodriguez redshirted for the Bucs during the 2021 season.  

High School: Rodriguez came across the state to play for the Bucs in 2021 after prepping at SouthWest Miami Senior High School where he had 9 strikeouts in just 4 1/3 innings before his senior season was stopped due to Covid-19.
