FORT MYERS, Fla.- Florida SouthWestern State redshirt freshman Jordon Campbell will be trading in his flip flops of Southwest Florida for some work boots in the Coal State next year after signing his Letter of Intent to play at Point Park University in Pennsylvania for the 2021-2022 season.
Campbell played in 25 games for the Suncoast Conference Champion Bucs this season, hitting .173 and putting together a .671 OPS on the year. He found his groove midway through the season, recording hits in three straight contests including a pair of multi-hit games. During the stretch he went 6-10 with 10 RBIs and 6 runs scored while slugging 1.400.
Campbell will join a Point Park club coming off of a 40 win season and a trip to the NAIA National Tournament.
Campbell will be joined by his twin brother and Bucs teammate Jared Campbell with the Pioneers next season.
