COST OF CAMP & PAYMENT
- High School Camp (9th-12th Grade Students Only): $150.00 per camper
- Online payment is due upon submitting online registration.
- Cash or check payment will not be accepted on opening day of camp.

REQUIRED CAMP FORMS
Please print & complete the following documents:
In order to participate in selected camp these forms must be turned in the first day of camp.
WHAT TO BRING
- Glove, Bat, Batting Helmet, Batting Gloves, Catching Gear for catchers working that position, Water Jug, and Sunscreen.
- FSW's Softball Field is all turf so we as that you bring turf or tennis shoes.
- Metal cleats will not be permitted.
- We ask that each camper bring their own water bottle.
- We will have water available for refills.
- Please make sure all your items are marked with your name!
WHAT TO WEAR
- Game Pants (defensive camps) or Shorts (hitting camps)
- Light, Loose-Fitting T-Shirt or Jersey
- Tennis Shoes/Turf Shoes
- Visor, Hat and/or Sunglasses (If Needed)

REFUND POLICY
- All requests for refunds must be made by emailing Justin Long, Director of Business Operations, Athletics at justin.long@fsw.edu.
- All registration fee(s) paid with the exception of a 25% administrative fee (of the original registration fee), per session enrolled, will be refunded provided the notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to the start of camp.
- No refunds will be provided less than 14 days prior to camp, for expulsion from camp, for voluntary withdrawal from camp, or for injuries sustained prior to camp or at camp.
- We are also unable to issue a credit for any future camps.
