High School: An accomplished player at the U-17 International level, Alarcon comes to FSW from Lima, Peru where she attended Saco Oliveros High School.  She helped lead Peru to a South American Championship and was named one of the top attackers at the World Championships.  As a prep, she was teammates with two time NJCAA Player of the Year Yadhira Anchante from Iowa Western as well as 2021 FCSAA State Tournament MVP Janelly Ceopa of Miami Dade.  

Personal: Born September 24, 2004, she is the daughter of Rosa Romero and Carlos Alarcon.  She has two older sisters, Katerine (27) and Lizbeth (21).
