CHARLOTTE, N.C.- For the third straight week, the Florida SouthWestern Buccaneers are the top team in the land as FSW checked in atop the NJCAA week four rankings announced by the National Office on Monday.
The Bucs moved to 25-0 on the year with a win over #6 Miami Dade in their first game of a doubleheader on Tuesday before dropping game two 2-1 for their first loss of the campaign. They bounced back with a pair of convincing wins on Saturday, sweeping #22 Central Florida 7-1 and 10-2 to improve to 27-1 on the year.
The top six in the poll remained unchanged with FSW at #1, Northwest Florida #2, McLennan #3, Indian River #4 and Grayson rounding out the top five with Miami Dade at #6. The biggest movers were in the middle with Trinity Valley and Wallace State flip flopping spots at #7 and #10.
It's a light slate for the Bucs this week with just two games on the docket as they travel to Winter Haven Saturday for a doubleheader with Polk State.
