Lantz begins his first season with the Bucs in 2024-2025 after working as an Assistant Coach at his alma mater Baldwin-Woodville High Shool in Wisconsin the past five years.  

Lantz earned his Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Performance from the Univeristy of Wisconsin River Falls.
