Bucs All-American Tracey Signs at Oregon

FORT MYERS, Fla.- Florida SouthWestern All-American guard Jadrian Tracey is headed to the West Coast where he signed to play at the University of Oregon Wednesday on National Signing Day in Suncoast Credit Union Arena.

Tracey was an Honorable Mention NJCAA All-American selection this season averaging 14.4 points and 5.7 rebounds per game for FSW.  His 43% shooting from beyond the arc is the best single season mark in FSW program history. He earned 1st Team All-Region VIII and 1st Team All-Southern Conference accolades after an electric finish to the season where he averaged 22.9 points per game and shot 58% from the three point line in FSW's final eight regular season games, leading them from last place in the Southern Conference standings to a second place finish and a trip to the FCSAA State Tournament. He had six 20 point games as a sophomore including a career best 34 point performance in which he shot 12-16 from the field and 7-10 from distance.

Tracey will join an Oregon squad coming off of a 21 win season in 2022-2023 in which the Ducks went 12-8 in Pac-12 action.  Oregon was invited to the NIT where they reached the quarterfinals with wins over UC Irvine and UCF.  The Ducks are just two seasons removed from a trip to the Sweet 16 in 2021.

Tracey was one of two Bucs to sign on National Signing Day Wednesday, joining teammate Tyson Brown who is headed to Rhode Island.  The pair makes it eight Division I signees for the Bucs in the past two seasons and the fourth consecutive season an FSW player has signed at the Power Five level.  Tracey is the second Buc in program history to sign with a Pac-12 school, joining Maddox Daniels (Colorado)
