PANAMA CITY, Fla.- Phillip Smith scored all 14 of his points in the first half and Rhyjon Blackwell scored all 18 of his in the second as the #25 Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers came from behind to shoot down the South Georgia Tech Jets 84-78 Friday night in Panama City.
