FIU went 20-31 a season ago and 11-19 in Conference USA action. The Panthers are led by Head Coach Mervyl Melendez who has signed a pair of Baseball America Top 25 recruiting classes the past four seasons as well as Associate Head Coach Jeff Conine who was a two-time World Champion with the Florida Marlins.

Corpas is one of three Division I early signees for the Bucs this Fall, joining Magnus Ellerts (Florida) and Riley Skeen (South Florida).

Corpas and the Bucs will kick off their 2022 season on January 28th when they host the Marissa Gusto Memorial Tournament at home in Fort Myers.
