The information below is provided for your reference. Florida SouthWestern Athletic Camps and clinics are held and managed by the individual sports and its. For any questions about specific camps, please click on the sport you are interested in, and you will find contact information of the lead for each camp.
Are camps open to boys and girls of all ages?
- Ages/grades and other enrollment requirements vary camp to camp.
- Please refer to each camp's web page for details.
Do I have to pay the full camp fee at the time of registration?
- All camps require payment at the time of online registration.
- Once your registration form is submitted you will be re-directed to a payment screen for the selected camps.
- Should a camp registration not be paid at the time of registration and an indvidudal arrives at the start of camp, unpaid, they will be required to make a credit card payment only at the camp site.
- No cash or checks will be accepted.
When do you stop accepting registrations for camps?
- Registration generally remains open until a camp fills, and all camp registrations are processed in the order in which they are received.
Do camps offer any discounts on the registration fees?
- At this time multi-camp/sibling discounts are not offered.
- In the future, should discounts be offered, information will be found on each teams respective camp page.
What Is the Refund Policy for Camps?
- All requests for refunds must be made by emailing Justin Long, Director of Business Operations, Athletics at justin.long@fsw.edu.
- All registration fee(s) paid with the exception of a $50.00 administrative fee, per session enrolled, will be refunded provided the notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to the start of camp.
- No refunds will be provided less than 14 days prior to camp, for expulsion from camp, for voluntary withdrawal from camp, or for injuries sustained prior to camp or at camp.
- We are also unable to issue a credit for any future camps.
