Taylor Morgan enters her first season with the Bucs in 2021-2022.  

She began her coaching career at Louisville in 2020, helping the Cardinals to an ACC Championship and a trip to the Sweet Sixteen.  
 
As a player, she was a two time All-Big Ten performer at Minnesota, also earning All-American honors during her junior year.  She shined brightest during the postseason for the Golden Gophers, leading Minnesota to the Final Four with a huge NCAA Tournament during her senior season.  She had eight kills and hit .571 while also recording five blocks in the Gophers opening round win over Fairfield and backed that up with nine blocks against Creighton to send Minnesota to the Sweet Sixteen. She notched 10 kills and seven blocks to help Minnesota oust Florida in a five set thriller and hit .417 and recorded six blocks to push the Gophers onto the Final Four. 
 
In the Spring of 2021 she participated in the first professional Volleyball league on US soil in nearly 20 years, starring during the inaugural season of Athletes Unlimited. Not just a player in the league, Morgan holds a leadership position with Athletes Unlimited, serving on the Executive Committee.
