Fisher was hired as the third Head Women's Basketball Coach in FSW history in June of 2024 and will begin his first season with the Bucs in 2024-2025.  

Fisher takes over for the Bucs after spending the last nine seasons as the Head Coach at Connors State in Oklahoma. Fisher led the Cowgirls to a 29-5 record and the NJCAA Region II Championship last season, taking Connors back to the NJCAA National Tournament for the first time in nearly 15 years. Fisher brings a 149-111 career record to Fort Myers with a pair of Region II Coach of the Year awards in tow.
