Fisher begins his second season as the Head Coach for the Bucs in 2025-2026 after leading FSW to a Citrus Conference Championship and a trip to the NJCAA National Tournament in his first year. 

Fisher put the Bucs back on the National stage in 2024-2025, leading FSW to a 25-6 mark and a program record 17 conference wins to claim the Bucs first Conference Championship since the 2022 campaign.  FSW spent the entirety of the regular season in the Top 25 of the NJCAA Rankings and were chosen as an at-large for the NJCAA National Tournament where they reached the Sweet 16 for just the second time in program history. For his efforts he was named the 2025 Citrus Conference Coach of the Year. He coached Samantha Serrano to Citrus Conference Player of the Year and NJCAA All-American honors and helped five Bucs onto the NCAA Division I level at year's end. 

Fisher came to Fort Myers after spending nine seasons as the Head Coach at Connors State in Oklahoma. Fisher led the Cowgirls to a 29-5 record and the NJCAA Region II Championship in 2024, taking Connors back to the NJCAA National Tournament for the first time in nearly 15 years. Fisher was 149-111 at Connors with a pair of Region II Coach of the Year awards for the Cowgirls.
