Wilson Set to Join Jags in 24-25
FORT MYERS, Fla.- Florida SouthWestern guard Kiana Wilson has found a home for the 2024-2025 season as she has committed and signed on the dotted line to join the Southern University Jaguars next year. 
 
Wilson played in 26 games at the point for the Bucs as a sophomore this season, averaging 9.8 points and 5.5 rebounds per game to earn 2nd Team All-Citrus Conference honors. She scored in double figures 16 times this season including nine straight contests sandwiched around the new year. Not just a scorer, Wilson also crashed the boards for the Bucs, collecting 10 or more rebounds on four different occasions including a career high 16 against Santa Fe in mid-January. 
 
She will join a Southern squad coming off of a 15-15 season in 2023-2024 while the Jaguars were 13-5 in SWAC action which was good for a third place finish.  
 
Wilsonis one of four Bucs to sign at the Division I level and five overall to ink with NCAA programs for next season joining Addison Potts (Cal State Northridge), Ashley Lester (Arkansas Little Rock), Makenna Shaffer (Buffalo), and Federica Lagana (Lincoln Memorial).
