AJ Hamilton begins her first season as an Assistant Coach for the Buccaneers in 2019 after serving as the On Field Director for Softball Factory for the past five years.  In her role with Softball Factory, Hamilton organized a number of different areas including scouting and evaluating, planning and implementation, and facility oversight.  On the coaching front, Hamilton has an equally diverse resume including work with the USA Women's National Baseball Team.  

As a player, Hamilton played at Georgia Southern University where she was a team captain during her senior season.  She played in 227 games for the Eagles during her career, seventh most in program history.  Her 24 career home runs are also seventh best for the Eagles.  

Hamilton also starred on the USA Women's National Baseball Team from 2016-2018.
