TALLAHASSEE, Fla.- For the third time this season, Florida SouthWestern State righthander Alyssa O'Donnell has been named the FCSAA Pitcher of the Week as announced by the state on Tuesday. 

 

O'Donnell won her only start last week, spinning 4 1/3 shutout innings in a victory over South Florida State Tuesday.  She allowed just two hits and struck out four to improve to 14-1 on the year.  

 

O'Donnell leads the state of Florida with a 1.77 ERA this season while ranking 2nd in wins with 14 and 8th in strikeouts with 81.  

 

O'Donnell and the Bucs are back in action on Tuesday when they host conference rival State College of Florida in a 5 PM doubleheader at City of Palms Park in Downtown Fort Myers.
