TALLAHASSEE, FLA.- Pitching the #3 Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers to a win over #8 Indian River on Friday, FSW righthander Kelsi Collins earned her third FCSAA/Region VIII Pitcher of the Week award as announced by the league Tuesday.

Collins spun her fifth complete game of the season, allowing six hits and one unearned run while striking out seven against the #8 ranked Pioneers on Friday.  She has put together a huge start to her sophomore campaign this season, checking in with a 10-0 record and a 0.61 ERA in 57 innings pitched to date. 

Collins and the Bucs will take the field again this afternoon as they host Kalamazoo Valley in a 2 PM first pitch at City of Palms Park in Fort Myers.
