Molnar heads into her eighth full year with the Bucs in 2021-22. She serves as the arena's event and operations coordinator. She is responsbile for all facility scheduling and also oversees game day operations in the arena. Along with FSW events, Molnar also coordinates more than 20 external events held at the arena each year. These events range from trade shows to concerts, to the NCAA Division I Fort Myers Tip-Off Basketball Tournament.
Molnar started her career at FSW in 2013 as a student assistant and has grown through the department to her current role today.
She is a certified Gust Service Professional through the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
Molnar earned her Associate of Arts from Florida SouthWestern and her Bachelor's in Health Science from Florida Gulf Coast University.
