    OCALA, FLA.- The #12 FSW Women’s Basketball team earned a pair of wins at the Central Florida Classic over the weekend, knocking off Santa Fe 68-61 on Friday followed by an 86-73 victory against Broward on Saturday to improve to 4-1 on the year.

    FORT MYERS, FLA.- The #12 FSW Bucs allowed just 14 second half points and held visiting ASA Miami to just 31% shooting in the game as they rolled to an 84-41 win over the Silver Storm, their first of the young season.

    FORT MYERS, FLA.- The #12 FSW Buccaneers couldn’t hold off a late charging Broward squad Friday night in Suncoast Credit Union Arena, watching as an eight point fourth quarter lead evaporated before the Seahawks scored in the closing seconds for a 75-73 win. 
  • Hoops Season Openers This Weekend; Tip-Off Celebration Set Before Home Doubleheader on Nov. 6

    The FSW basketball teams will open their 2018-19 campaigns at Suncoast Credit Union Arena with the FSW Classic on Friday, Nov. 2 and Saturday, Nov. 3. There will be four games each day, with the Bucs playing the last two games both days.

FSW head coach Dr. Kristie Ward announced the complete 2018-19 slate for the Buccaneers, who were ranked No. 18 in the final 2017-18 NJCAA National Poll, on Thursday (Aug. 30).
