Rodriguez begins his first year with the Bucs in 2023. 

Rodriguez brings a wealth of local Volleyball experience to the Bucs program as he most recently served as both the Head Coach at Bishop Verot High School as well as the Director of USA South Volleyball Club in Fort Myers.  Rodriguez began his coaching career at his alma mater, Mater Academy Charter in Miami, before moving to North Carolina to get his club volleyball coaching career started. He moved back to the Sunshine State in 2015 and has remained here ever since, earning Assistant Coach of the Year honors from USA South in 2018 and Head Coach of the Year by the club in 2020. 

Rodriguez lives in Fort Myers with his wife LeAni and his two dogs Thor and Raiden.
