Moore begins his second season on the Bucs staff in 2023-2024.  In Moore's first season with the Bucs, FSW went 31-22 and finished second in the Southern Conference standings to earn their spot in the FCSAA State Tournament.  At season's end three players were selected in the Major League Baseball Draft, the most of any program in the country.  

Prior to joining the Bucs, Moore spent six years as a high school coach at Seacrest, SFCA, and ECS in Southwest Florida.  

Moore played at Auburn Montgomery and Anderson University and is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana, where he prepped at Noblesville High School.
