Moore enters his second season on the Bucs staff in 2023-2024. In Moore's first season with the Bucs, FSW went 31-22 and finished second in the Southern Conference standings to earn their spot in the FCSAA State Tournament.  At season's end three players were selected in the Major League Baseball Draft, the most of any program in the country.  

No stranger to the area, Moore coached at Naples High School, Seacrest Country Day, and Bonita Springs High School before coming to FSW. 

As a player, Moore starred at Anderson University in Indiana for four seasons. 

His wife, Faith and boys Vince and Clay complete his family.
