Estes is starting her second year with the Bucs as Student Success Advisor for Athletics at Florida SouthWestern State College in 2019-20.  

Estes oversees academics for Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Baseball, Softball, and Volleyball. In addition, she serves as the primary contact for all student-athletes for admission, registration, and advising purposes. She meets with each student-athlete weekly to insure satisfactory academic success and progress, as well as producing weekly progress reports.

Prior to joining FSW, Estes spent time during her undergrad interning for the Athletic Department at Florida Gulf Coast University where she worked with their Advancement Team and directly with the Assistant Director of Development / Eagles Club Coordinator. After her internship came to an end she was offered a position as the Eagles Club and Special Events Assistant. While in this position Estes was responsible for event planning and management, and assisted with donor relations and new member solicitation.

Estes earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Resort & Hospitality Management from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2016.
