Media/Photo Credentials
Any media wishing to attend a FSW home game should contact Sports Information Director Roy Allen for accreditation at rallen12@fsw.edu or (239) 433-6922.
 
Please note that credentials are only issued to working media personnel from a legitimate media organization. Credentials must be displayed while on site and are not transferable.
 
Photographers are allowed at field/court level but must remain well behind the field of play.

E-mail Service
Every press release that is released by FSW Athletics is available via e-mail. To be added to the distribution list, please send an e-mail request to Roy Allen at rallen12@fsw.edu. 

Player Interviews
All player interviews must be scheduled through SID Roy Allen. In making interview requests, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Advance notice will help ensure that your request will be handled efficiently. Players may not be interviewed on game day once they enter the locker room or athletic training room.

Post-Event Interview Policy
Interviews with FSW coaches and players are available upon request with Roy Allen

In-Season Coaches Interview Policy
In-person interviews with the head coach or staff can be arranged through the Sports Information Director. The head coach and their staff may be reached for telephone interviews from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday by calling Roy Allen at (239) 433-6922.

Practice Coverage
Most practice sessions will be open to media coverage. Please contact Roy Allen at least 24 hours in advance, if you are planning to attend a practice.
