TALLAHASSEE, Fla.- Florida SouthWestern State guard Terry Roberts was honored by the FCSAA on Tuesday as he was named to the prestigious All-State squad following a big sophomore campaign.  

 

Roberts did it all for the Bucs this season, leading FSW in scoring, assists, and steals, while finishing third on the team in rebounding during the regular season.  He put up 15.4 points per game, scoring in double figures in all but three games this season, including a career high 35 on 14-19 shooting in a win over Hillsborough.  He also got his teammates involved, ranking fourth in the state in assists, dishing out 5.6 per game, with 12 games of six or more helpers.  His 2.9 steals led the state of Florida and ranked 5th nationally during the regular season.  

 

The Bucs finished the regular season 17-4 and ranked in the Top 25 Nationally.  

 

Roberts and the Bucs will be back in action on Thursday at 4 PM when they take on Southern Conference rival State College of Florida in the first round of the FCSAA State Tournament in Niceville.
