CHARLOTTE, N.C.- The Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers held serve in the week two NJCAA National Rankings on Tuesday, coming in at #1 for the second straight week.

FSW is a perfect 5-0 on the year with four wins over Top 20 ranked teams.  The Bucs last three wins have all come in sweeping fashion over #9 Central Wyoming, then #1 Iowa Western, and #10 Polk State.

For the second straight week the poll had a heavy Florida influence with FSW at #1, Miami Dade at #7, Polk State at #10, Hillsborough at #11, and Daytona State at #18.  FSW was one of just three teams to hold their spot in the poll with Snow shuffling up to #2 with New Mexico Military, Indian Hills, and Western Nebraska coming in behind to round out the Top 5.

The Bucs will be back in action on Thursday in Las Vegas when they take part in the College of Southern Nevada Coyote Classic.  They open play in the tournament Thursday against the hosts and will play Arizona Western later in the day before squaring off with #15 Seward County and DII #11 Glendale Friday and Saturday to wrap up the trip.
