Knox enters her second year with the Bucs in 2022-2023. 

In her first season in Fort Myers the Bucs won their fifth straight Conference Championship, going 21-6 overall and 8-1 in Southern Conference play. Six players were named All-Southern Conference selections with freshman Jayla Murray being named the Conference Player of the Year and a 3rd Team NJCAA All-American. At the conclusion of the season, three players, Sariana Rodriguez (Florida International), Tyshonne Tollie (Delaware State), and Tashun Bryson (Long Island University) signed NCAA Division I scholarships. 

Prior to FSW, she spent five seasons working for Blue Star Media and US Junior Nationals, organizing tournaments and scouting future prospects at events around the country. In 2018-2019 she was a member of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee coaching staff, serving as a Graduate Manager and Video Analyst while helping the Panthers to a spot in the Horizon League Tournament. 

As a player, Knox made two stops during her collegiate career, playing her first two seasons at John Brown University in Arkansas before transferring to Kansas Wesleyan for her final two years.  In her two years at KWU she played in 60 games, drawing 29 starts, averaging 8.3 points and 4.3 rebounds per game for the Coyotes.
