Bucs' King Named FCSAA Player of the Week
TALLAHASSEE, Fla.- After putting up a dominating performance in a win over Hillsborough last Monday, Florida SouthWestern freshman Blessing King has been named the FCSAA Player of the Week.

King posted her third straight double-double in the Bucs win over Hillsborough Monday, putting up 20 points and 15 rebounds in 25 minutes of work. King has been a force for the Bucs since returning from injury in December, shooting 55% or higher in each of her last six games while averaging 13.6 rebounds per game during the stretch.  On the season King is averaging 11.2 points and 12.1 rebounds per game while shooting 64% from the field, the later two ranking second in the state.

King and the Bucs are back in action in a huge Southern Conference matchup on Wednesday when they travel to Fort Pierce to take on #16 Indian River in a 5:30 tip off.
