Kelsi Collins returns to the Bucs in 2022, this time as an Assistant Coach after earning NJCAA All-American and National Pitcher of the Year accolades for FSW in 2019. 

In her two year career with the Bucs, Collins was 40-2 with a 1.39 ERA while striking out 304 in 270 innings pitched. As a freshman she was named the FCSAA State Tournament MVP while leading the Bucs to the NJCAA National Tournament while during her sophomore campaign she was the NJCAA National Pitcher of the Year when she went 25-1 with a 1.15 ERA in 158 innings pitched for the Bucs.  

After graduating from FSW she went on to play at Embry Riddle University where she won 26 more games in two seasons and finished with a 2.19 career ERA.  As a senior in 2022 she logged over 200 innings and held opponents to under a .200 batting average while earning All-Region accolades.
