Balter enters his second year on the Bucs staff in 2020-2021 after serving as an Assistant Coach at Broward College for the Fall of 2019.

In his first season in the Bucs dugout, FSW finished 16-11 in a Covid shortened campaign.    

A 2019 graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan, Balter helped the Bulldogs to an NAIA National Championship, seeing action in 21 games and hitting .400 as a senior last season.
