High School: McCorkle prepped at TNXL Academy where he helped his squad to an NAA Championship.  

Personal: Born April 29, 2003, he is the son of Carol and David McCorkle who were both collegiate athletes themselves.  His mother Carol played at South Florida State while his father David played at Florida Southern University before being drafted and playing in the Seattle Mariners organization for five seasons.
