    For the second time during the 2024 regular season, the Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers and the Indian River Pioneers collided in an NJCAA Top 5 matchup Tuesday afternoon in Fort Pierce and for the second time the showdown ended in a split as #4 Indian River took game one 8-5 before #3 FSW captured game two 7-3 for their 50th win of the season. The Bucs reach the 50 win mark for the seventh time in eight complete seasons since their inception in 2016.

    The Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers wrapped up their non-conference schedule with a 10-6 win over the visiting State College of Florida Manatees Tuesday afternoon at Buccaneers Park in Fort Myers, getting home runs from Justin Thomas, Evan Kircher, and Cooper Clapp to improve to 33-18 on the year.

    It was a tale of two games for the #3 Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers on Saturday at Buccaneers Park in Fort Myers as FSW dominated the visiting Eastern Florida State Titans 11-0 in a five inning run rule in game one of the doubleheader before being forced to hang on late for a 6-5 win in game two to finish off the sweep and run their winning streak to 11 games.

    Missing a pair of key bats in the middle of their order, the #12 Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers dropped a pair of two run contests to the Miami Dade Sharks Friday afternoon at Buccaneers Park in Fort Myers, losing a pitcher's dual 4-2 in game one before their comeback came up short 7-5 in game two as they fell out of first place in the Citrus Conference standings for the first time this season.

    The #12 Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers suffered a disappointing loss Tuesday afternoon at home against TNXL Academy as they were unable to protect a 7-3 sixth inning lead and didn't score for the final five innings in a 10-7 extra innings loss to the Ducks to fall to 31-16 on the year.

    The #16 Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers went the distance and then some Saturday afternoon in Ocala, winning a back and forth 11-9 extra innings thriller in game one against Central Florida before falling 7-6 in walk off fashion in another extra innings contest in game two to split the doubleheader and win the series from the Patriots 2-1.

    Three Florida SouthWestern pitchers shut down the top offense in the state on Thursday at Buccaneers Park in Fort Myers as Lea Chevrier, Esmee Ames, and Leah Meyer combined to allow just two runs on the afternoon as the 4th ranked Bucs swept the 8th ranked Central Florida Patriots by scores of 8-1 and 4-1 to take over the top spot in the Citrus Conference standings with 10 games left to go.
