Baziquetto-Allen enters her fifth season as the Head Coach for the Bucs in 2023-2024 after being hired to start the program in 2018.  

In 2022, Baziquetto-Allen led FSW to their first NJCAA National Championship in just it's fourth season as a program.  Baziquetto-Allen was named the NJCAA and AVCA National Coach of the Year, leading the Bucs to a 27-1 overall record.  FSW posted a 13-1 mark in Suncoast Conference play to win it's third straight Conference Championship as well as blowing through the competition at the FCSAA State Tournament to win it's first Championship in program history there as well.  The Bucs entered the NJCAA National Tournament as the top overall seed and defended that spot, dropping just one set in their four matches in West Plains, FSW defeated in-state rival Miami Dade 3-1 in the Championship Game to claim their first Title. The Bucs had two All-Americans for the third straight year including Barbara Koehler who was named the NJCAA and AVCA National Player of the Year. 

It wasn't just success on the court for the Bucs though as FSW won it's fourth straight AVCA Academic Award in 2022 while four players were named to the CSC Academic All-District Team and two (Barbara Koehler and Julia Lawrenz) were named Academic All-Americans, an honor that just 10 players Nationally across all sports of junior college athletics recieve.   

In her first four seasons as Head Coach of the Bucs, FSW has put together a 88-23 overall record and a 40-3 mark in Suncoast Conference play, leading to three Conference Championships, a State Championship, and three Top 10 finishes at the NJCAA National Tournament.  Baziquetto-Allen has also put together a proven track record of sending players onto the next level with 14 players moving onto the Division I level in her first three recruiting cycles and 21 players overall continuing their careers at the four year level.  

The 2021 season was a special one for Baziquetto-Allen and the Bucs as she led them to a 25-5 overall record, a Suncoast Conference Championship, and a 5th place finish at the NJCAA National Tournament. The Bucs were ranked #1 in the country for the final seven weeks of the regular season after going a perfect 16-0 to win their second straight Suncoast Conference Title for which she was named the conference's Coach of the Year for the second straight year.  At the NJCAA National Tournament the Bucs went 3-1, defeating arch rivals Miami Dade on the final day of the tournament to notch a top five finish.  For the second straight season, Baziquetto-Allen had a pair of NJCAA All-Americans in Maria Petkova and Deborah Ribeiro who were both named 1st Team selections while also coaching her first CoSIDA Academic All-American in Fiona Baker.  All eight Buccaneer sophomores signed to continue their playing careers at the next level including five to the NJCAA Division I level. 

Baziquetto-Allen led FSW to their first trip to the NJCAA National Tournament in program history in 2020-2021, finishing the season 20-9 overall and 8th at their first Big Dance.  She was named the Suncoast Conference Coach of the Year as FSW  captured their first Suncoast Conference Championship in program history in 2020-2021, going a perfect 8-0 to hoist the hardware in front of their home crowd on Sophomore Night in Suncoast Arena.  They went on to finish as runners-up at the FCSAA State Tournament in Jacksonville and punched their ticket to the National Tournament with a Southeast District B Championship victory over Spartanburg Methodist.  The firsts continued for the Bucs as Yasso Amin and Fiona Baker became the first FSW Volleyball All-Americans in program history at season's end. An NJCAA high six players signed at the NCAA Division I level to continue their playing careers. Also stars in the classroom, Baziquetto-Allen's Bucs earned their second straight AVCA Team Academic Award, posting a 3.50 team GPA on the year. 

In November of 2020 Baziquetto-Allen was one of just two NJCAA coaches and one of 25 nationally across all levels to win the AVCA's Diversity Award.  

Baziquetto-Allen led the Bucs to a successful inaugural campaign in 2019 as FSW went 16-8 overall while playing one of the toughest schedules in the country.  Under Baziquetto-Allen, the Bucs finished second in the Suncoast Conference standings and made their maiden voyage to the FCSAA State Tournament where they won a pair of games and finished fourth.  She trained five Bucs who earned All-Suncoast Conference honors, including four freshmen.  Equally as successful in the classroom, Baziquetto-Allen's Bucs earned a pair of prestigious academic awards in 2019-2020 as they were named one of the selections for NJCAA Academic Teams of the Year as well as a recipient of the AVCA Team Academic Award with their 3.53 overall team GPA on the year.  

Baziquetto-Allen came to FSW after spending three seasons as the head coach at Seward County CC in Liberal, Kansas. In her three years as the head coach with the Lady Saints, Baziquetto-Allen amassed an overall record of 86-28 (.754), while going 43-5 (.896) in Jayhawk West play.

Baziquetto-Allen was one of just three NJCAA coaches to receive an American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Thirty Under 30 Award in 2017. She was joined by Iowa Western's Alicia Williams and Arizona Western's Lorayne Chandler, and she is one of just eight NJCAA coaches all-time to get the award. The AVCA’s Thirty Under 30 Award was created in 2009 to honor up-and-coming coaching talent at all levels of the sport. To qualify for the award, nominees had to be 30 years old or younger in 2016.

In her final season in Liberal, Baziquetto-Allen led the Lady Saints to a 33-2 record and an unblemished 16-0 mark in Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) play, winning their first back-to-back Jayhawk West titles since 1999-2000. The Lady Saints tied the program record for highest ranking, reaching No. 3 in the NJCAA National Polls. Seward placed a program record six players on the Jayhawk West All-Conference team, with Baziquetto-Allen winning Coach of the Year and setter Giovanna Kuntze winning Most Valuable player. Kuntze was also named 1st Team NJCAA All-American, marking back-to-back years that Baziquetto-Allen had coached All-Americans.

Baziquetto-Allen led the Lady Saints to a historic season in 2016 as Seward captured their first Jayhawk West Conference Championship since 2009 with a 14-2 record, as well as leading the Lady Saints to their first Region VI Championship since 2003. In their first NJCAA National Tournament berth since the 2003 season, the Lady Saints finished in 11th place. Baziquetto-Allen led five Lady Saints to All-Conference selections and the first All-American for Seward County since 2008.

In her first year at Seward CC (2015), Baziquetto-Allen led the Lady Saints to one of their most productive years in recent memory, leading them to their most conference wins since the 1998 season and to their first Region VI Tournament Championship game appearance in five seasons. Seward finished 26-15 in 2015, going 13-3 in Jayhawk West Conference play.

Prior to getting to Seward CC, Baziquetto-Allen served as the head coach at Liberal High School where she coached current FSW Assistant Coach Megan Besecker. She was 97-57 in four seasons as the leader of the Lady Redskins. In 2013, Baziquetto-Allen guided Liberal to a 23-18 record and a second place finish in the Western Athletic Conference. In 2012, Baziquetto-Allen led Liberal to a 28-14 season and just one win short of a WAC Championship. For her efforts in 2012, Baziquetto-Allen was named the WAC Coach of the Year.

Baziquetto-Allen began her coaching career an Assistant Coach at Lamar Community College in Colorado. In her only season with the 'Lopes, Baziquetto-Allen helped Lamar to a 26-win season, which included her recruitment of three All-Conference players.

As a player, Baziquetto-Allen starred at Western New Mexico University and St. Petersburg College. At Western New Mexico she was named to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference All-Academic Team as a senior and graduated with honors from WNMU. As a student-athlete at St. Pete she helped the Titans to a 26-9 record during her sophomore season and was on the President's Honor Roll.

A native of Guarulhos, Sao Paulo, Brazil, Baziquetto-Allen brings a strong international background to FSW. Before coming to the United States as a collegiate student-athlete, Baziquetto-Allen played at the highest club level of amateur volleyball in Brazil and still remains with a number of strong connections in the Sao Paulo area. She is married to FSW Sports Information Director Roy Allen, they live in Cape Coral with their dogs Kai and Ace.
