ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.- Bryant Selebangue posted his third straight double-double and Cameron Stitt scored a career high 16 as the Florida SouthWestern State Buccaneers ran away with a 78-51 win over the St. Petersburg Titans in St. Pete Tuesday night.

The Bucs raced out to a big early lead on the Titans and never looked back, taking a 24-10 lead midway through the first half and nearly doubling up St. Pete before the half at 45-24.  FSW shot a blazing 67% from the field in the first 20 minutes while holding the Titans to just eight first half field goals and 30% shooting.

In the second it was more of the same as FSW wasted little time in padding their lead as the half got underway before throwing it into cruise control down the stretch for a dominating 78-51 win to move to 6-2 on the year.

Selebangue played big on the inside once again for the Bucs, going for 23 points and 11 rebounds, good for his third consecutive double-double while Stitt poured in a career high 16 on 5-6 shooting and 3-3 from downtown.

FSW improves to 6-2 on the year with the victory while a young St. Pete club falls to 3-5.

The Bucs are back in action next Tuesday against another old Suncoast Conference foe when they host the Polk State Eagles in a 7 PM tip from Suncoast Credit Union Arena in Fort Myers.
