Bizier begins his fourth season as the Head Coach for the Bucs in 2021-2022.

The 2021 season was one for the record books for Bizier and the Bucs. FSW won a school record 44 games, earned their first win in program history at the FCSAA State Tournament, and had their highest MLB Draft Pick in program history.  Bizier earned his second straight Suncoast Conference Coach of the Year award, leading FSW to their second Conference Championship in as many tries.  FSW was 44-16 overall and 23-7 in conference play to run away with the crown.  The Bucs advanced to the Region VIII Final Four with a pair of wins at the State Tournament, their first in program history.  The crowning moment of the Bucs year came after the season though as four FSW players were selected in the top 13 rounds of the Major League Baseball Draft including Carlos Rodriguez (6th- Brewers) and Alex Ayala (9th- Rays) becoming the two highest draft picks in program history.  The Bucs four top 13 round picks were second best in the state of Florida behind only the University of Florida, topping Division I schools like Florida State, Miami, and UCF.  FSW's four picks were the most in the NJCAA and along with freshman Abi Ortiz's signing with the Rangers after the draft, marked the third most pros at any level in the state.  At year's end, Alex Ayala was named the Suncoast Conference Pitcher of the Year and closer Antonio Knowles the Fireman of the Year with Knowles eventually earning the first First Team All-American billing in program history.

FSW's 2020 season came to a premature end at 16-11 while playing against one of the top schedules in the country. 11 players off the Bucs' 2020 squad signed National Letter of Intents to continue their playing career including 8 at the NCAA Division I level.

2019 was a banner year, quite literally for FSW Baseball as Bizier led the Bucs to their first Suncoast Conference Championship and their first appearance at the FCSAA State Tournament.  Bizier was named the Suncoast Conference Coach of the Year after leading the Bucs to a 40-14 overall record and a 21-9 mark in conference play.  Bizier watched as the Bucs put together a number of firsts in program history including their first wins over ranked opponents and their first ranking in the NJCAA National poll.  On the second weekend of the regular season, FSW went 3-0 against the two teams that played for the 2018 National Championship with a sweep of #1 Chipola and a win over #2 Walters State.  The Bucs were rewarded with a #9 National Ranking and spent every week of the regular season in the poll, topping out at #4 after a 23-3 start to the year.  Bizier coached seven All-Conference performers in 2019 including Ryan Gusto who was named the FCSAA Pitcher of the Year, another first for the FSW program.  11 players signed with NCAA Division I programs off of the Bucs 2019 roster and two players, Gusto and Marc Davis, were selected in the Major League Baseball Draft, Gusto in the 11th round by the Houston Astros and Davis in the 38th round by the Chicago Cubs.

Bizier took over the Bucs' program after spending nine seasons, five as the Head Coach, and four as an assistant, with in-state foe Broward College.

After serving four seasons as an assistant coach for the Seahawks, Bizier took over the Broward College baseball program in the spring of 2013 and over the last five seasons he turned their program into one that is well-respected in the state of Florida. Bizier helped the Seahawks win 30+ games and secure the Southern Conference Championship in three of his last four seasons, posting a 144-117 career record at Broward. A two-time Southern Conference Coach of the Year (2016, 2018) and the 2016 Futures Collegiate League Manager of the Year (Seacoast Mavericks), Bizier had 13 players selected in the MLB Amateur draft from Broward and 65 out of 67 exiting sophomores either moved onto or committed to participation in intercollegiate athletics with four-year universities or colleges.
