FORT MYERS, Fla.- With their teams in pushes for postseason berths, we check back in with our 12 Bucs playing in collegiate summer leagues across the country.

Connor Bagnieski- St. Clair Green Giants- Great Lakes League

• Bagnieski's summer was cut short after just eight games with the Giants.  At the time of his departure, the Bucs utility man was leading the team in hitting with a .444 average to go along with eight stolen bases. 

Ty Burton- Bradenton Juice- Florida Gulf Coast League

• Burton has been busy, pitching in 11 games for the Juice.  He has posted a 4.15 ERA while striking out 23 in 21 2/3 innings pitched on the summer.  

Marc Davis- Keene Swamp Bats- New England Collegiate Baseball League

• Davis, who will be returning for his sophomore season with the Bucs after turning down the Chicago Cubs offer in the draft, has thrown in a team high nine games for the Swamp Bats, going 2-2 with a 3.37 ERA in 13 1/3 innings worked.  He continues to pile up the strikeouts, punching out 21 for an impressive 14.18 per 9 innings pitched. 

EJ Doskow- Saugerties Stallions- Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League

• Doskow hasn't been able to get on track for the Stallions, hitting just .158 in 17 games for Saugerties. He did have a breakout game midway through the summer, going 3 for 5 with two RBIs against Glens Falls, but hasn't been able to sustain the momentum from there.

Danny Galvan- Bradenton Juice- Florida Gulf Coast League

• Galvan was a first half All-Star for the Juice and for good reason.  The Bucs' righthander has punched out 43 opposing hitters in just 24 innings pitched while working a 4.88 ERA in 12 games so far. 

Tommy Joseph- Keene Swamp Bats- New England Collegiate Baseball League

• Joseph has struggled with the bat this summer, hitting just .203 through 20 contests.  He has found some rhythm of late, going 2 for 3 with a double, home run, and two RBIs in his last start.  He also helped the Bats out on the mound recently, earning the win on Sunday, going 1 1/3 innings scoreless in his only appearance of the summer.    

Antonio Knowles- Keene Swamp Bats- New England Collegiate Baseball League

• Working in a number of roles for the Swamp Bats, Knowles has seen action in seven games, drawing three starts thus far. He has not received a decision yet while posting an 8.10 ERA in 16 2/3 innings pitched.  He has struck out 17 while walking just six for Keene. 

Nate Madej- Wisconsin Woodchucks- Northwoods League

• Madej was a workhorse for the 'Chucks this summer, tossing 38 innings in eight appearances.  He made a team high eight starts for Wisconsin in the first half of their Northwoods League schedule, going 3-2 with a 4.02 ERA with 40 strikeouts and 21 walks. 

Bailey Mantilla- Woodstock River Bandits- Valley League

•  Mantilla has worked in five games for the Bandits, going 0-3 with a 7.36 ERA thus far.  He has logged 18 1/3 innings, striking out 16 and walking seven. 

Warnner Rincones- Woodstock River Bandits- Valley League

• Rincones hasn't found his groove yet this summer, hitting just .148 through 13 games for the River Bandits.

Tyler Spitzbarth- Syracuse Salt Cats- New York Collegiate League

• Spitzbarth has pitched well out of the Salt Cat bullpen, posting a 2.25 ERA in 9 1/3 innings pitched across eight outings.  The Cats sit in second place out of the All-Star Break, 2.5 games behind Eastern Division leading Cortland. 

Robert Wegielnik- Wisconsin Woodchucks- Northwoods League

• Wegielnik has gotten his work in for the Woodchucks this summer, pitching in eight games, all starts, while racking up 36 innings in the first half of the summer.  He picked up his third win of the year on Sunday, going five innings and allowing just one run in a 9-1 'Chucks victory over Kalamazoo.
